Have you played Gris? And if you have, should I? Theres the spring sale on the nintendo, but I only have 10 bucks to spare. Thinking between gris and The Messenger.
You should decide what you would like more. The messenger is an action-y game with a straight storyline and gris is more of a quiet game with interpretation room.
The style is also very different, the messenger is in pixel style and gris is more of a watercolour drawing but I think you already know that. They are both jump'n'run games.
I for my part really loved the music and the atmosphere in gris, like chill yet a little sad and it is really pretty too. The messenger isn't really my style of game that I would like. In the end you have to decide, do you want a more quiet and sadder game or do you want action and adventure? I don't know how long that sale will go on but you could watch some videos about those games on yt or if you want you can ask me more questions :D
