Gap moe means when a person, for example, seems very mean or rude but, once you get to know them, they are actually a big softie and shy! So basically a person who has two sides of themselves but only show their cute side to loved ones! Hence, the term gap moe! Hope that makes sense.
But the way it was used in some parts.... Your definition does not make sense there.
For example. When the seme's sister was talking, she used it to describe something and it seemed to mean "cool/awesome!" in those parts.
