Probably before his marrige he collected sperms. And boss fall in love with him but he was just colleting sperms so after he is done, he married with his wife because he was wanting a child. Manga says their kind can't have a child without human-man sperms so they are collecting before marrige.
So the dad got the seme's boss?! Am confused
