I wouldn't say so because Dabi looks like a complex character. By my guess, he probably doesn't blindly follow someone elses ideals, but I think he may have acknowledged and evolved them into his own thing. So while i think he won't explicitly want to kill Deku, it may be very possible for him to not care about killing him, judging from his own perception of Stain's will.
ok wait so if dabi is another diehard stain fanboy, doesnt that mean he has no interest in killing deku? because deku was acknowledged by stain, shouldnt dabi be also kinda liking deku just like spinner (lizard boi) ?? idk man
