Actually yaoi/bl genre is really good. I prefer them over heterosexual stories. Even though I read both.
However, there are elements in yaoi/bl
that are negative like this one has rape. Omegaverse is a subgenre to yaoi/bl genre. Not all likes it or loves it. On the other hand, there are some people totally loves this subgenre.
Some Omegaverse stories are really good and others just causes anger. This is a good story but for someone starting into omegaverse, I would recommend “Love Shuttle”, “Kekkon Shite Kudasai!”, or a few other good ones. I have not read “love is an illusion” but I get a feeling someone would recommend that story.
I have not read the story In this link but page 6 and 7 explains omegaverse. It was the first one in English I found. And the author can make up there own rules and not follow what is posted in the link.
