Problem is Nakyum may still be in love with the fake scholar even after what happened, so Nakyum will just as well leave the place. This boy needs to feel some self dignity and put himself together. The point is not really if he will fall or not with Seungho, but if he will show resilience and stop to care about the teacher or stay the same (or worse, regress and hurting himself). I don't bet so much on him, I was always disappointed by the boy.
Some say that when he's like this with SH, ho it's Stokholm syndrom shit, but the Stokholm syndrom to me looks more on the Nakyum x In Shit side.
