Aria gets her revenge and takes Mielles people one by one...and they pretty much all die..Aria ends up with the prince they fall for eachother...her mom divorces the stepdad takes all his money and marries her biological dad who seems to be an important person from the same kingdom of the prince...check out Lovelyjewel in comments she explains it better

Nah, Oscar is not an ahole. He's wimpy yes. Coward and pushover, also weak. I think he only likes the Aria who pure, sweet, and pitiable being ostracized by her own family. I don't think he can handle or accept Aria's true self. In the end, he cut ties with Aria, because his sister's threat. Basically, cut ties with that prostitute's daughter, or I will make her disappear. Do your duty and let her live peacefully, okay?

Oscar and Asher actually have the same situation. Both have engagement talk, Asher with Oscar's big sister (forgot her name), and Oscar with Mielle. And both for political reason.

But not like Oscar, Asher on the other hand, do the opposite. After Aria realized Asher's identity, he rejected engagement talk straight in front of Duke Frederick's daughter's face, and doesn't forget to do it smugly too lmao. After that he full throttle courting Aria. Other thing also, when Mielle expose Aria's cruel nature to Asher, he just accepted. He said, so what? Even glad she's not fragile and capable enough to deal with two-face b***h like Mielle, and not hurting in the process.

Im just at where aria gets the same brooch as mielle...so im just annoyed that its like oscar was making her expect something from him like with the dress,letters as well and seeing her at the garden...im glad u gave this spoiler....BTW what happens to oscar? cause i read in a comment that mielle dies?

I still read the novel despite all the spoilers

Oscar's family want to rebel against imperial family, but Oscar (who actually smart and can see that it's high possibility CP's trap) refused to cooperate with them, and his father locked him. After coup d'etat failed, he voluntarily became prisoner and gave out all information about what his family did. Because of that, he survived.

Roscent family also survived, because basically Aria made it so.

Mielle died yes. Moreover, Aria doesn't have to dirty her hands. She only acts like a saint, and whisper here and there to Mielle. Then Mielle got poison herself. I think she wants to prank Annie because after her family status was revoked and Mielle became Aria's maid, Annie always bullied her. She put the dose wrongly, and end up poison and kill her brother. Yes, Cain died at the hands of his own sister. He asked Mielle in his last breath if she did it, and Mielle admitted it in panic, then he died in despair.

Later Mielle was executed for trying to poison Aria. Aria tried to cover Mielle up, but the officer scolded her for protecting Mielle. It was like, I know you want to protect your little sister, but she tried to harm you over and over again, and now innocent man died because of it. Then, Aria regretfully let her go. Aria doesn't let opportunity pass to make herself like a saint, does she? ╮(￣▽￣)╭

So, Mielle was beheaded because of the same reason Aria's past execution. Trying to poison her sister.
