We don’t know exactly why Dongwoo isn’t confessing, but I believe that it’s most likely because he knows that Sanho is uncomfortable right now and wants to wait until he doesn’t feel that way anymore. I also believe that maybe Sanho doesn’t necessarily understand what Dongwoo wants—they don’t know what each other want.

Can someone please confirm if I am interpreting this correctly cause its too confusing. So in the beginning dongha says he take care of sanho because its his habit. But then slowly likes sanho but he doesn't wanna tell him because he feels scary that sanho have that kind of control over his instincts. But sanho likes dongha. Because dongha didn't confess his feelings, sanho becomes insecure later on, especially after sex cause he thought dongha is just lusting after his body. That's why he propose to leave, and he is uncomfortable cause dongha is treating him well cause that will lead him on. But by the time sanho told dongha he wishes to leave, dongha already likes him. But he didn't wanna be the one to admit it but I don't understand why? Can someone enlighten me? Perhaps he he is very dominant in bed and very gay and sanho is actually bi, he is insecure that sanho can't accept him in the long run or if he is afraid he will scare sanho away.
Also seems like the previous relationship sanho have also started because the other party takes care of sanho and sanho falls for the person. Then the person threw him away saying why would you fall so deep just because I treat you slightly better. That, in addition to bullying and having a broken family leads to his lack of self worth and not willing to believe donghas action towards him is a way of expressing his attraction. He needs a verbal confirmation which dongha is somehow stingy to give.
