He proposes her in the banquet and she gets scared and runs off then he runs after her and her father also runs after them everyone runs after each other jk but she did run out of the banquet when he proposed her in front of everyone.
Not clearer about everything because I saw the rawa and I know just a tiny bit of korean so I know how to read Sarangheyo so I know.. (=・ω・=)
