There is a 5th prince (I thing Wang wu?), but even then the heir wasn't really decided by age it was decided by their mother's position so if the blue haired co sort gave birth to a prince it's likely he will be the next emperor.

I already said this but fuck the princess, now that thats out of my system I can move on to my actual point. since ye hwa didn't sleep with old man emperor she can have the marriage legally annulled with is such a bonus, so if the king dies and 8th prince gets the throne (he's the oldest so its his birthright but Idk about the other queens and the shit they might pull, so the best bet is that the emporer names him heir before he dies, any way) and then she gets her nice lil happy ending.
