    Lots of the Greek stories and many old fairytales are filled with incest. Most notable one is Oedipus Rex, the one where the son marries his mother. It's weird now, obviously, but it was super common just a few centuries ago.

    that was actually an accidental marriage, and incest was just as frowned upon as patricide or matricide. it was pedophilia what they didnt have a problem with

    Ya true, there still some people think marry a "children" in context to "help" them for education and shelter especially if they in poor family.
