I think on your pt. 6, she was picking up that curse from her own father. Everytime she interacted with him his curse was sticking to her. But slowly the curse was fading until Blacky's death.
That makes sense. But Lucas said something along the line of “oh so you danced with somebody else, that’s explains how you were able to get this smudged on you” then he took it off her again. Which makes me think it might not be from her dad
But her father was one of the people she danced with so it still could be him that Lucas meant.

1.So my guess is Anthanasia has been reborn a lot of times and she kept getting unlucky and dying.
2. Idk but even if Lucas says Jeannette‘s magic is a stabilizer I couldn’t help but feel it is someone how zapping claude’s life force. She offers him temporal fix which is like drowning on alcohol whenever u hit a wall
3. I’ve thought this since the beginning but Claude is just mad that Athy’s mom died and left him behind, not that he hates her. He just can’t forgive her for dying and so he denied her and athy’s existence and tried to replace it with Jeannette(am talking about what happened in “lovely princess”)
4. His using of black magic has something to do with athy’s mom pregnancy.
