I read some mangas where Alphas can be converted into omegas via constant inseminations and biting the nape. Or if they have sex with an extremely rare mysterious forth gender known as the enigma who has the capability to turn Alphas into omegas when he inseminates them only once. He uses it as a tool for vengeance against arrogant Alphas who abuse their status. I wish he could be raped by that Enigma.
