he makes uke confess to him and does all that stuff but hasn't ever had a conversation with him about their relationship, does he even like him? why hasn't he said so? like why hold back if uke already confessed? it doesn't make sense, if your feelings are mutual don't mess with uke like that. idk seme kinda sucks.

Because the manga just started and maybe the seme is being careful with his delicate childhood friend.
