No one knows except lan zhan althou jiang cheng suspects it by now. As far as listening to him its 2 fold, 1. hes close enough to lan zhan to call him by his birth name and seems to be respected by him as well which is a big deal to the juniors. 2. Hes taught them stuff both in yi city and at dafan mountain, hes quick on his feet and saved them a few times already so they are starting to respect him for his own merits (that's also why they dont think hes actually crazy anymore) also about the headband, I think sizhui and jingyi knows the headband is a big deal but I dont think they've thought too deeply about it.
