exactly, the omegaverse is so weird and messed up, it kind of pretends that females never existed lol
i guess female alphas... grow... a penis as they grow older? i think that's the only valid explanation because most of the time these stories always talk about how the characters have to "present" as something, so i guess female alphas slowly obtain a dick, female betas just stay regular females, and female omegas have higher chances of getting pregnant i guess.
