I read one and it said that when the female alpha is doing the sexual act or is just turned on she grows a penis. I do think that she has a vagina outside of sex tho. Betas would be normal woman with a vagina. I guess that maybe the difference to omega woman is, that they can‘t get marked and also don‘t produce any perophones or however tf you pronounce that (▰˘◡˘▰)
