I don't know what happen with Pan's past relationships but he seems a little jaded. I think Pan does like Red but he is cautious cuz he scared to get burn again (past relationship). I'm sure both will get character development and work things out.
we saw a little of his ex and how his ex plays with him or something like that. so yeas his past wasn't fun and his fear is very real. and I get why he scared to really commit to a kid that will get tired of him after a year or two. but I hope the uncle will get over this fear cause this fear ruining his life. not for the redhead sake, but for his own sake and Happiness.
I mean he already let him stay by his side for this long, that a change. not a big one, but still a change. again I really don't mind if he won't do it for the redhead, I just hope he will tear down that wall for his own sake.
I be the minority that still like uncle XD and hope that he get over his fears of commitment. though I have to give it to him, for someone that scared of commitment, he let the kid stay with him for a long time. that a good sign of development. still rooting for them, even if others don't.
