Well as far as I know, no. Vol.6 just started... I think. The first chapter of it just got uploaded like a week ago on ba-raw.livejournal.com! (Or maybe it's still part of vol.5?) No idea actually. But there's a new chapter.

No, they were just "fake" friends who sort of became friends in the end. Sanjou actually came back to bother Kabu because he needed help but was too proud to admit it.
