This is definitely not a new chapter. All chapters run 56-58 pages. This one only has 11. After the children welcome her she has a talk with the new orphanage head about finances, missing children, etc. Also, in the previous chapter she discusses putting her visit to the orphanage in her report to the prince.
Yh and towards the end she literally bumps into the prince while hes diguised, she purposely tries talking to him tho he tries to run off, and cliffhanger was whether or not she knew it was the prince (which she hinted she did) and whetther she was going to basically tell him she knows or just pretend she doesnt. Sigh, i need a new update (〜￣△￣)〜
