lots of speculation on that, but the frame-up chapter they were calling him Sirius, remember? I wondered if that was truth. Both RealCiel and the Undertaker know OurCiel's real name. Maybe the fortune teller is calling him by his real name, Lord Sirius. He says it in the prison carriage, too.
I kind of like it. Ciel and Siri is a cute match for twin names. Also, OurCiel didn't deny that that was his real name. He's so assertive, seems like he would say, that's not my name!

It was the last arc.. a bit after the sphere music hall incident.. after O!Ciel is taken by the yard along with the fortune teller... I think
I can't believe it was right there in front of my face and I didn't see it. Someone said, "we already know his name, it's Sirius." I was like, oh. duh. Yana has sent out birthday cards on Dec 15 for the past few years and there's a picture of OurCiel holding a blue star. LOL She's been telling us for three years?
