I don't think it is a love triangle this time (hopefully) (๑•ㅂ•)و✧. My fujoshi sense are telling me that the long hair guy wanted to get the attention of the uke's co-worker. He seemed disappointing when the mc walked in, my guess/hope is the long haired guy is trying to rile up the co-worker and they will be the side couple. Maybe a little bit of drama to spice things up but MC and Mr. 100% are endgame for sure.
