Season two ends and I have a lot of thoughts.
First I want to mention that the ex husband wife couple choi lee is absolutely gross.

these people emotionally destroyed two children. Those who grow up with guilt, selfhatred, fear and rejection will have their problems in adulthood. One year, two years, doesn't matter. A big event in life can lead to a crazy way to grow up.
Hate and disgust on moms part, the fear of being exposed, guilt; what a huge psychological burden.

one thing is clear, marriage is a business and they don't care about the "children".

the father would like to send Haesoo abroad and does not take him seriously, a mother who is unable to speak to her son, refuses appointments, still being disappointed and disgusted, full of hate and wants to control him, by taking away the car, does not see him as an adult and secretly hopes that he is getting a real job and if everything works out with her business partner aka ex hubby, haesoo should take over the second restaurant.

As parents a failure. How can you?!

I don't want to repeat what we already read but damn, at this point I just applaud to people for keep going and staying alive. I mean Haesoo. he was treated as the black sheep.

Even now. Those parents talking like as if Haesoo were a little child. Sigh.

again no further details about joowon, which annoys me a little, cause i really want to know way more about some past information and how these things affected him. All i know is that he has his acting job to run away from things, well, although I believe that this is intentional from the author, who knows.

now to the next problem

I have already mentioned it before and will do again.
takus suggestive questions, his suggestive speeches, his rhetoric, his provocations make me sooooo uncomfortable.

suggestive questions are fucking manipulations. People who want to be in control and have a specific goal use this way of speaking. it's unhealthy in the long run. you wonder who you are fighting against, who you are, what that is supposed to mean, questioning whats happening here and why, and at the end you are totally exhausted.

At the beginning of the story I thought it's due to translation, later I thought it's a one or a two time thing but no, it's a never ending thing depends on what kind of situation Taku is in and where his interest and curiosity is going and he knows how to talk to get his answers in a short way.

I can't deal with these type of people, it's a burden, it's too much pressure.
People with good intentions don't need this type of speaking and acting.

Please stop going all alpha on Haesoo.

I will still not deny that Taku has feelings for haesoo, but what he loves is what haesoo and joowon have. It's not particularly Haesoo himself.

Since Joowon was again not part in the last chapter I can't write about him.

And again, these three are people i wouldn't want to be with. I wouldn't want to hang out with. I do not need anyone at my side who takes time to analyze me, and consciously turns situations to their favour so that I question myself.

Sorry for the long post. English is not my first language and if I were a bit more used to it I could write things in a short way but yeah lol don't hate on me

I agree with all you said. The parents' attitude is just distasteful. And they definitely treat their marriage as business transaction. But it's crazy how they try to control lives of their ADULT (25,26) children.
I'm irritated about lack of Joowon's pov too. We don't know what he is thinking, what he is going through. We have seen that he looks tired. Wow.
I want to see something deeper, his thoughts about the whole situation, more insight.
I hope his character will get more attention in next episodes.

We were talking about last few chapters. Also one chapter and few thought here and there isn't too much among 70.

And thus Haesoo is such a mess. He wants love, he doesn't want love. I don't care much about the other characters, sure they are fun to analyze, but I just want Haesoo to find peace and happiness, whether it's with Joowon or Taku. But the best would be him by himself.
