I know right away that the baby most likely is being taken as hostage by the DevilSperado to make this lady lure Leslie to the restaurant.
DevilSperado in previous chapter said that they can just try again to burn Leslie. And this chapter talk about visiting the restaurant...
My best prediction would be either they gonna burn the restaurant while Leslie is inside, or kidnap Leslie from the restaurant and burn her inside the bungalow they built on the garden.
