They are not related by blood so it isn't incest, but they did grew up considered as brothers, so it's a bit weird the situation in which they are now

Ed pretended to be Chang’s little brother, who died, so that he could be close to the grandmother.. They aren’t actually related.

I’m also pretty sure Ed is Korean? While Chang is Chinese?
