An intoxicated person still can't give consent and seeing as hosik barely remembered anything and was so out of it I'd say that he was heavily under the influence of alcohol. Just because he isn't speaking coherently doesn't mean shit. His judgement was clouded by the alcohol resulting in him unable to consent. I do not have the answer for your other question because I don't care. All those other mangas/manhwa you're talking about should still receive the same criticism this manwha gets bc romanticizing and normalizing rape is not okay at all and should not be swept under the rug just because the uke is okay with it or because the story is cute or whatever. Anyway if you're seeing repetitive and constant criticism given to the seme here, then that should really say something about how crazy the seme is.
It may be your opinion like you said but honestly speaking you're just feeding right into the rape culture and that isn't right. That's why I'm so 'mad'. Rape shouldn't ever be normalized and this relationship shouldn't be seen as 'goals' either. It has many red flags and considering how hosik is also aware of it should say something.
Nah, I still believe at this point that the criticism is sort of like a bandwagon already, and overly-exaggerated. There was literally a manga where the seme clearly raped the sober formerly-straight uke and then blackmail him just so he can fuck him again and again but I don't see any criticism towards him because hey, the sex was hot, they fell in love, and the seme was cute anyway.
Honestly, it's the same with you and the other people I have already previously argued with. Just because I like this manhwa doesn't mean it was because it's romanticizing rape or whatever. I liked it for its other features. Frankly, if it only takes a fictional and digitally drawn material to influence your mind into thinking that something as serious and real-world thing such as rape is okay just because it was "romanticized", then I believe you are the one with a problem, not me.
