Korean university culture is very extreme its really close knit. American uni is very individual for the most part ppl just dont want to mess with one another but asian countries tend to be very communal especially during university time. This isn't even that bad korea actually had a lot of uni students committing suicide because they feel left out and depression settles. but ig every uni different some shouldn't be that bad
Dang, that's crazy. I feel like caring that much about other people's lifes takes too much energy, sounds like too much of a pain. Maybe I should re-think my plan of grad school in Korea hahaha
I wonder if Korean universities are really like this? I don't think I ever heard of any rumors when I was in uni. I'm pretty sure there was zero drama.
