I get this isn’t rape but yall need to understand why some people have an issue with this.
1) The massage isn’t necessary, that’s literally pointed out in the chapter. All he needs to do is bandage his wounds.
2) The fact he also demonstrates his strength to someone who’s already wounded and supposed to be Treated by him is unpleasant.
3) Apparently the massage turns into fondling which again, isn’t rape but it’s still nonconsensual intimidate touch that would make anyone uncomfortable if it were real life.
No, this doesn’t ruin the entire series for me. I still love King’s Maker and will continue to read it but this chapter and the next few are just gonna be uncomfortable. I thought mangago had gotten better with not normalizing stuff like this but apparently not
