Why lucia cant bear a children... ? Also when Hue Lucia and the child will be together???

I believe she cant have children because she doesn't have a period? Also haven't a clue about when they meet the kid ╮(￣▽￣)╭

it's been a while, but I believe it is because she was taking some sort of substance into her body that helped her not ever become pregnant. but later on this proves to become a problem (not 100% sure about THIS part because it's been awhile but) Hue eventually finds out and tries to get the substance away from her and out of her body or sm like that
