from what I remember he didn't technically run, the redhead was the one who left him first with a girl. besides, Pan had any right to meet with his ex cause they weren't into any relationship at the point in time. why should he care about a kid that goes play with women all the time? and Pan told him he won't be serious when they finally did start the relationship.
if he did it for the fun of it, he won't do it with a kid that can be son XD he will do it with a grown-up adult in his age range. and most of the chance only one night stands and won't see them again.

If uncle Pan is the experienced one, he can work with Qiu and shows him how proper relationship should be like. The issue here is that he can’t be bothered to even address his new toy’s need for attention. It’s like pick up a puppy and never bother to take him out for walk until he whimpers and begs for it.
He knows very well that Qiu is unhappy with how things are between them, but he just pushes the problem aside. It takes 2 people to be in a relationship and his attitude just pisses me off.
exactly, it takes two people, Pan never wanted a relationship with him from the start. to him admitting he even wants a relationship is losing a part of himself that he scared to find out and get hurt badly. he has no duty to answer someone that pushes him into a relationship he does not want. you can't push people into things. you can keep seeing Pan has someone that only plays around, but he is more than that. at least that how it seemed to me.

Obviously we don’t know his background story and he may have been hurt before. Just remember that having been mistreated does not grant anyone the right to make another go through the same thing they experienced. Given his age I simply expected more from him, so his attitude so far has been disappointing.

Being an adult means you take responsibility for your action. If you agree to be in a relationship, then it’s your responsibility to attend to your partner. I’m not defending Qiu being naive and inexperienced, but a good partner will not take advantage of him like uncle Pan is doing. Do you think all the people without romantic experience deserve to be heart broken? It takes two people to be a relationship, and uncle Pan should work with him instead of playing the push and pull game and leave his boyfriend puzzled and unhappy.
