Well actually in this story Todoroki has to be at least 19-20 years old. Which makes him a pedo... because if Deku reverted back to his middle school self that would make his age only 13-14. Yes they may technically be the same age even though he reverted back to his middle school self, it still is pretty weird to see a middle schooler and a 20-21 year old frick each other.
