Smh at anyone who tries to get angry about yaoi or anime fans who are attracted to/sexualize "minors" that are drawn to look like 20+ year olds and yet gets uncomfortable with this man who IS 20 but has a child body- this is the point people try to make. If you can see a fictional 14 year old with double D's in revealing clothes and get angry at people for looking at them sexually because they're a minor, then you need to be able to look at a fictional 20 year old with a younger body and allow people to view them sexually because they are an adult.
Ofc I mean this for fiction only but-
If the FICTIONAL character looks and is treated like they are an adult, people will find them attractive bc in their eyes, they look like one. You're drawing an adult and slapping a young age on it because you have that freedom as an artist. On the other side of that same coin, you could draw a child and slap an older age on it(which to me is far more "enabling" to a pedo or whatever). And yeah, it might feel wrong because THEY ACTUALLY LOOK like a kid, but if you are gonna call people pedophiles for looking at an adult looking minor character in one way, you have to be able to accept that a person is not a pedophile for looking at a child-looking character who is an adult that way.
Sounds so backwards, doesn't it?
The point I'm trying to make: These are fictional characters and no one is actually getting hurt by any of this at all, so stop calling people pedophiles or bashing people for their preferences because these are just characters that someone drew and could have put any age they could have wanted because it's not a real story and they aren't real people.
Personally, I only get uncomfortable when a character who is a kid and looks like a kid is sexualized because something does feel wrong to me there, but it's fictional so I still don't think it's illegal and I'm not gonna go calling you a pedophile because so long as you aren't looking at actually real life children or minors that way, then you do you.
