Four years is a very very long time to just love someone one sidedly without any expectations. Especially when they're good to you. I guess it was high time Minjae took a tough decision and decided to move on.
That's my problem...it is implied that sohyun doesn't have any feelings for minjae, he didn't reciprocate for 4 years...but in the sex scene the portrayal is much too passionate to be considered casual. Sohyun was aroused by Ray , he came to fulfill his desire by minjae...I could buy that if it were just a sexual release but the way he kissed minjae, his licking of minjae's semen ...the hug ..the sleeping next to each other....

Even if Sohyun doesn't love Minjae, still they've been together for four years. There's no way he hasn't developed some affection for Minjae and he treats him quite well too. There's no reason you have to be cold to your partner and not kiss them just because you're not in love with them. Having sex for four years, they've probably done all kinds of shit so licking the semen, hugging and sleeping together is really nothing to be surprised about. Even fwb with a little favourable impression do these things, not to mention they've been dating for four frickin years. And as I said before, that's a very very long time.
4 years dating??? I thought they were supposed to be friends with benefits..though sohyun apparently accepted this kind of friendship on the condition of exclusivity and being monogamous friends with benefits!!! In chapter 10 in minjae flashback in highschool....there was this line which said " on one condition, there's not going to be anyone else but me""" I thought sohyun said that cause the bubbles on minjae's face didn't have any edge pointing at him , and he looked kinda shocked, and technically minjae was begging sohyun to be with him ...I thought the person who lays down all conditions must be the loved one not the lover.
Why would Sohyun insist on a monogamous relationship when he doesn't even love Minjae? Minjae was desperate to be with him and suggested that it was okay if he was in it only for the sex but on a condition that he will be his only partner. That as long as there's no one else but me, that's enough for me. Those were Minjae's words. It was more of a request than a condition. And yes they started dating. They never agreed on a friends with benefits relationship. Minjae asked him out and Sohyun said yes. It doesn't matter if Sohyun wasn't in love and only agreed for the sex part. It's still dating.

What happened to minjae sohyun relationship....they just broke up after sohyun couldn't answer why he had came to see him? Honestly sohyun is portrayed having no feelings for minjae but in their sex scenes the passion is portrayed...the kissing the hug the lick ....Whether I'm such a demisexual that can't view sex and feelings separately or just people are so emotionally shut off that they can get so intimate physically with someone while their heart is completely closed to that person. It's sad and disappointing.
