    Yeah it’s was really disgusting.. but it does bring back reality. I’m gonna take this as the author giving us a heads up that pedophilia(and rape) shouldn’t be romanticized

    Someone in the comments mentioned that DID is a result of a coping mechanism to help someone/a child disassociate themselves/protect themselves from a traumatic experience. It could be alluding to some type of abuse that Rei must have experienced as a child. I mean when Yu and Kazuha first met, Yu was in costume but he made a really strong impression on Kazuha. Even more so when Kazuha found out Yu's real name. I somehow feel that scene was done purposefully.
