Normally, the world hopping stories were usually explained before the ending or near around it, like how did they end up in a system and what are "Systems" or how do they work, because there are different kinds of concepts of it depending to the author, there are also some kinds of twists so it's usually revealed at the end. As for how many stories are there, I don't really know, but it's prob 15 planes/worlds or even higher. 15 planes are the most common world hopping stories I usually encounter. There are some that only have 10 worlds but the "real" plane/world of MC will be always shown later on, unless the MC's identity is too complicated or mysterious that they didn't even have one. I just don't know if it'll be shown here.

I see, the most common reason how a person get bounded to a system is when they died but their soul was filled with extreme unwillingness and resentment or they have some sort of OP skills that could help the system. The system will promise that person some cheats or skills and when they contributed or gathered enough points from the system, they could resurrect their body, reverse their world's time before their death, or even create a new one to inhabit with. As for her resentment, she probably met a cheating bastard in her "real" world and became the cause of her death. Btw, most of the death route in world hopping stories only applies to people who have an ordinary identity, like human beings. I've read a story where the MC was a Goddess and she herself chose to bind with the system and travel around worlds because of some circumstances, but she was portrayed as a human at first so I really thought that she only a human, until it was gradually revealed that she was a goddess near the end, this is one of twists I'm talking about.

I'm not completely sure because it's been a long since I've last read it, "Quick Transmigrating Second Female Lead’s Counterattack" or "Quick Transmigration: Heroine Arrives, Woman Rapidly Retreats!", it's probably one of these, but both of the stories are too long lol, they have like 20+ plane worlds, and around 1k or 2k chapters and more, I've just used google translate before because I couldn't read mandarin and the translations takes too long.

Ohh, I meant "before" as I've used google translate back then to read(it's been two years), I'm still using google translate til now, I don't really have the free time to study mandarin and it's quite confusing at first, like some words have the same spellings but with different pronunciations, it'll create different meanings and it's fine, you don't need to apologize since you didn't do anything wrong, but there's probably a guide in google or something that says how long it'll usually take and what would you learn.
