Dojin and haesung from love is an illusion is from this manhwa indeed but they are not this couple. This manhua has the main couple, 2nd couple HaeJin which got a parallel universe story as they never really close it off in this one and this 3rd couple which I forget the name.

No he did in this one to go BACK to college. In LIAI Dojin helped him study to get his high school equivalence degree and then to go to college once he did. In IYHMS he completed High school but dropped out of college pretty much after his dad caught him with a guy at home and beat him up. In LIAI he ran away from home (his grandmas home) after his grandmas funeral because he was afraid his dad was going to prostitute him out for money like he did with his mother just because he was like her.
