I agree. people are really overreacting here :/ When a scene involving sexual harassment or rape is handled in a way that makes it obvious that the author doesn't care or just doesn't really understand the effect it can have on the victim, I can't help but get annoyed and stop watching, but it's not to that extent, not at all. I know a lot of people are upset Anna disgusted with Sys for what he did to Ru. Ru doesn't like to be touched, no he hates it. There's no way anyone could touch him unless he's unconscious, near death, or dead. So yeah he used drugged incense to relax him. The massage was used to relax his body to relive physical stress/fatigue, and to show him that touch can feel nice. Let's face it he only knew pain and was in pain. Yes he did a touch of teasing with the lick and kiss, but what he did to his chest wasn't. If he played with his nipples that would be sexual harassment. When Ru fell asleep Sys was able to treat the wound properly and see if there was any others. The next time Ru woke up was passably the first time in who knows how long, maybe years, of waking up with out pain.
