I don't know why people would think nakyum is a doormat when he actually protested against the violent and unstable Lord quite a number of times? He even ran away, only to come back because his teacher told him to. Also there's one episode where Seungho asks him to come nearer, and he said he would rather remain at the same place. It is something really brave for a low born to do at that time period. You could get beaten up.
I read it and reread the story... can some explain where this douche bags character development is?
I don’t see the deeper meaning, and if I do...then all I see is shallow intentions.
