Same situation, my cousine has a friend which is biologically a girl, but she is trans too, not changed her gender yet (not of age yet) but she feels like a guy for years and introduce herself as a guy, by guy's name, so we have no problem to call her "he" and by her male name, like friend earlier said, it's respectful (⌒▽⌒)
yet here you are calling him her/she bunch of times (￣∇￣")
