It would be new if they put a proper female gay character in these kind of stories (died and got reincarnated stories) since most other ones hold a more admiration kind of love rather than sexual/romantic love for the mcs so it would be awesome if they really did make her a yuri character!!!ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
I think her smile was meant to indicate she was interested in the prince. The problem is that we're so predisposed to female characters who aren't the FL who display interest in the ML turning out to be villainesses.
This is undeniably a fact for pretty much 99% of fans.. me included, but I'm just tugging at desperate Hope's that she will be maybe a little different
