I'm really hoping it'll be the latter. They don't have to go straight into flirty part, the Duke can just bluntly agree he's jealous and brush it off. This way the flirty part of the story doesn't happen too abruptly, you get me?

He’s jealous, but he probably will deny it hurting both their feelings. OrRrr he will say he is, and then the flirty part of this will begin. But still seems to early for the second one so imma bet that he’ll deny it.
