Judging from the comments, I'm glad I dropped this manhwa. I only read until chapter 14 because MC is just too damn weak and the power he got is nothing special. The guy he hospitalized (the one in a coma) turned out like he was never injured in the first place like WTF that's it?? MC can't even kill a chicken with that power.
