Wait now that I think about it, I think he was stabbed by the stalker. It then caused him to crawl or run away leaving his sister I think
if he was crawling, can't we assume his sister ran away as he got stabbed?
Because the normal reaction would be to freeze and the stalker grabs her

I kind of wish that it was more clear when they showed us some scenes about the stalker
So what I'm getting is, in the past their was a stalker stalking his sister and so he and her confronted the stalker. But the stalker stabbed the mc and caused him to run away? Did he ditch his sister? Is that why their relationship is bad? Or did he not? Then after the incident he was left with trauma and became a neet? Is there more to this? Someone tell me. ╥﹏╥
