I think Director Park's father only married into the family, since the others are called Lee. Maybe President Lee (unreasonably) hates Director Park because his father was some low-life that took her daughter from her and left her to deal with the child of that scandalous union. Still doesn't justify her disgusting treatment of Director Park.

I guess these two are cousins then? The asshole said that his father has been asking about "uncle", and I guess that uncle is Jiwoon's father. Thought at first that they're brothers.
