From previous spoilers, I believe yes, they do end up together!
If you're a sensitive reader I really don't recommend you read it. There is a lot of dehumanizing acts in this manga. Just, make sure you go forward with a lot of caution. I wouldn't consider myself insensitive, but this manga takes it waayyy to far for me.
