No. Oto is an omega so alpha/omega relationship with the one twin. Oto’s dead wife had been an omega too. I have not seen an alpha/alpha relationship so maybe the other twin will have one.

Omgg ikr! this is why I like pure omegaverse lol. It also makes me wonder why there's taboo in their society when every sub gender class can get pregnant? It seems odd. Rooting for more babies running around in the future
Maybe they thought of it as people being against anything different since ABO would not have been the original normal for everyone (as well as gay relationships) so it gives the romance a level of drama and you get two people trying to overcome adversity and going against the odds to be together.
