I'm actually very confused about what his age was. If he was really a minor when the seme started abusing him or he was just really malnourished that it affected his reproductive health. The timeline of this work crosses with Secret Note's timeline and it didn't seem like too much time had passed. And in Secret Note, the mc described Yohira as an "adult omega."
One thing I do know is at the end of this story there will be a time skip. I am assuming that the Secret Note after the time skip. I also have reason to believe that the omega in this story is a child when the abuse starts.
If I'm not mistaken, there will be a chapter in this in which it will show that Secret Note's mc and Yohira were showering together, that's why I never thought that Secret Note's timeline is just after the time skip in this. Ujou and Yohira are also not in a relationship yet and has no baby in Secret Note, so that's definitely not it. I don't think that Yohira was already an adult when the abuse started, but I think that saying he was a child is such a reach. He was most likely around 13-16 at that time, which is a teen.
