The way i see it OMEGAVERSE is representing the old world mentality where women were treated as nothing but a womb and tool for men... More like alphas are like aristocratic men and omegas are peasant women. 2 different extremes of hierarchy. And giving them a romantic twist... Its messed up... No doubt.. But they are trying to paint a very realistic scenario of a patriarchal system...

you should try watch series like orange is the new black or anime that fight the system like ''promised neverland'' or ''One Piece'' if you prefer something not too hardcore like ''Parasite'', ''Devilment Crybaby'', ''Evangelion'' or ''Hunter x Hunter''.
