plus garroth and Qiu will probably end up together cause garrote begins to start liking Mr.Qiu and you can see Mr.Qiu slowly warming up to him I guess.
I’m pretty sure if Nathan does end up with someone it will be Lowell, because of the River-Hayden thing and the fact that the model (I keep forgetting his name) said that he’s straight and likes women (though this could change in later chapters), Mr. Qiu is a teacher and as far as I can tell only has expressed interest in Nathen to model for him. Lowell has already revealed to like Nathen romantically and at this point in the story there seems to be nothing except Nathen’s own feelings and possibly his obliviousness to Lowell’s pursuit of him standing in the way of them becoming lovers.
