From what I understand, he was Li Zhu's reincarnation. However, it looks like there were two souls in the body since Li Zhu was defying the will of heaven in order to reincarnate. This caused the body to start breaking down. Ye Li's cultivation master dissipated Li Zhu's soul in order to save the boy's life. Li Zhu's memories and powers are gone for good. Now just Ye Li remains.
Oh myyyy... i dont understand. Sooo, basicaly he is not lizu' reincarnation? And what is soul recast? So who he is, why there is another soul in lizu? Sorry for my bad english
